Why did you have to go and say “fat”?

“Fat” isn’t a four letter word (not that we discourage those either!) “Fat” is a descriptive term like “tall” or “blonde” and that’s the spirit with which we use it. We do recognize that there’s a cultural history of using the word “fat” as an insult, but we reject that because we don’t believe there’s anything wrong with being fat! A word only has a negative connotation if we allow it to, and we have decided to love “fat” and to reclaim it as our own.
